DynamicTL1®: UCLP Lightpath Proxy

The DynamicTL1® Lightpath Proxy is a Java based TL1 proxy firewall implementation which provides a 'lightpath aware' access control layer between an external lightpath-user network (external network) and an internal/administrative management network where the TL1 network elements reside. It has the following features:

• 100% Java, (JRE1.4 or JRE1.2/1.3+JCE)
• User Lightpath Access Control
• TL1 Command Filtering
• Virtual External User Support
• TL1 NAT (TL1 Network Address Translation)
• TL1 Direct Connection Mode (1 external port/internal NE)
• TL1 Router Connection Mode (1 external port-> many internal NEs)

The DynamicTL1® Lightpath Proxy currently supports the Cisco ONS15454 network element however support for addition network elements will be added upon request.
